Queue pools (Found in basic settings) let you set up a different "pool" for different configurations. For example, you may want to set up a pool for sharing small files such as images and a large pool for sharing avi files.
Queue pools will let you set up a different amount of sends and queues for these pools so users aren't waiting for someone to finish downloading a 200MB avi just for a 1MB jpg
To set up a pool queue you need to go to the basic configuration for your server.
There click add (next to the queue pools box). You will be prompted to enter a pool name.

Then you are able to set up the pool the same as you set up the server earlier (when you set up the server in the first place you were setting up the default pool queue.
All triggers start off in the default queue pool so you need to reassign the triggers you want in your other pools
To do this you need to go to File Server Triggers in your File server manager. Select the trigger you want to reassign and go down to queue pools, here select the pool you want to assign it to in the drop down box:
